Our partially upgraded units are a great option to live in our community, and enjoy one or two pieces of upgraded appliances, full or partial heating and cooling systems upgrades, and selected fixtures upgrades. Although the flooring may not be upgraded and could have different materials in different rooms, all units have the same living square footage as the upgraded ones. You can confidently choose the partially upgraded unit that suits your needs and still enjoy the same amount of space and layout, not to mention our responsive management as well. As we gradually remodel our units, these partially upgraded units will eventually be all upgraded and replaced with easy maintenance luxury vinyl planks, and new vanities.
