The story began around Christmas 2012 when two entrepreneurs seize the opportunity to acquire this 30-unit complex with more than 2 acres of land. They immediately recognize the potential of transforming this complex into the community where many residents call home ....."
"The two entrepreneurs immediately started the master planning less than 2 months after acquisition. After countless efforts and coordination among reputable local contractors the transformation was finally realized by the end of Summer 2013. During the process they received a lot of good feedback from existing and new residents. Their efforts have not only done good to the apartment complex by bringing in quality residents but become a role model for neighboring properties in the area, greatly commended by the local community. Today the two entrepreneurs are still very much active in the daily operations of North Plains Village while planning their next expansion."
